If you are like most Americans, you want to transform your body.

In fact, 90% of the people I meet want to lose body fat and 100% of them desire some type of body transformation. 

Unfortunately, if you are like most Americans, you aren’t succeeding. 

Exercise and nutrition are often neglected.

The reasoning? 

Well, life.  

Life doesn’t necessarily get in the way, after all you love your life and those that surround you. 

What has occurred is common in our world, you have priorities and obligations that take up the majority of your time. 

It’s not to say you don’t have the time. It’s simply that if you aren’t placing your body, your fitness and your healthy lifestyle at the forefront.

Building a healthy lifestyle, building the body you desire, maintaining the consistent nutrition required to achieve the body transformation you desire, has become less of a focus because of the other important components of your life like your family, your job or your business. 

The majority of people I meet tell me how they really “need” to do something about their current physical state. 

What is the constant theme in my conversations?

They lack structure, consistency and accountability. 

There are 4 components to achieving your body transformation. 

Mindset.
Nutrition. 
Exercise. 
Accountability.

The problem is that most people achieve success with changing their nutrition and exercise routine, but they forget about mindset. 

If you aren’t mentally ready, no matter how much success you achieve in the beginning, you won’t succeed long-term.
