Metabolic Strength is a total body training program Tyler has used with is clients since 2009. It is designed to help you improve your physical strength and overall performance allowing you to feel your best.
How Many Days Per Week?
Training sessions offer three total-body strength training sessions and three metabolic conditioning sessions. With that being said you don’t have to commit to 6 days per week and can succeed with a minimal approach of 2-3
Training Experience
The program is developed for intermediate to advanced fitness levels. Previous strength training experience will allow for ease of implementation.
Length of Training
Each training session typically takes 45 to 60 minutes to complete.

TOTAL BODY STRENGTH
Using total body strength training sessions that will address mobility, core, overall stability, strength, muscle building, conditioning and recovery in as little as 2-3 sessions per week.
METABOLIC CONDITIONING
Conditioning and improving your overall work capacity isn’t about throwing a bunch of exercises together. It takes planning and preparation as well as an opportunity to progress with each session. Cardio doesn’t have to be boring and improving your overall conditioning will help you achieve gains inside and outside the gym.

What if I can only train 2 or 3 times per week?Metabolic Strength is built to allow to allow flexibility around your training, work and life schedules. Whether it’s 2, 3 or 4 sessions per week you will see results!

What gym do I need to train at?It is recommended that you train at a hybrid facility that offers a wide variety of equipment.

What equipment will I need?A pull-up bar, kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells, a TRX / Suspension Trainer, resistance bands, a bench and a sled or solid piece of cardio like a Rower or Air Bike. Most of this equipment is standard at a functional training style gym.

How long is each session?Each training session typically takes anywhere from 45 to 60 minutes to complete including warm-up and the main program. Each day offers finishers or additional “extra work” if desired that will add onto the time.

Who is this program for?Someone that is sick and tired of jumping from program to program and is need of more programming structure. This person is looking for more organizational structure and efficiency in their training. The plan is not for the brand new gym goer.

Will there be coaching?You can ask questions to other clients inside the app who are following the program or drop us a message with your questions inside that app that we will gladly answer. For me individualized coaching we do offer one-on-one coaching.

How will I know how to do the exercises?Each session includes video demonstrations of the exercises in that given program.
